The IPPF is pleased to announce its Town Hall Conference Calls featuring leading pemphigus and pemphigoid physicians and scientists. Please join us from time to time in a friendly and casual telephone environment. Events last an hour and are structured to give the presenter time to talk before taking questions. Everyone is placed on mute from the time they enter the conference until called upon by the speaker or a moderator. If a caller has a string of questions, we ask that they restrict it to one main question and one follow up. If there is time remaining they may ask additional questions later in the call.
Our format allows for one main conference area where the guest speaker and a moderator are located. For a list of upcoming IPPF Town Hall Conference Calls, please email [email protected]. Take advantage of this exciting opportunity! Remember: this is not a toll-free call, but you can participate using your computer’s microphone and speakers, tablet (iPad), smart phone, or standard telephone. When you connect to the conference you will be placed on MUTE. You will either hear HOLD music or one of the IPPF team talking and providing additional instructions.
This is a Town Hall format. The invited speaker may or may not present information before opening up the “floor” for questions. Attendees will “raise their hand” to ask questions.
The IPPF uses GoToWebinar or FreeConferenceCallHD for our Town Halls. If you need assistance, email [email protected].
