The Coalition of Skin Diseases (CSD) consists of several organizations that represent patients suffering from some of the 3,000 known types of skin disease. The groups share a common mission of educating patients, advocacy and supporting skin disease research that will lead to new treatments and cures.CSD members have engaged in collaborative advocacy efforts, including Skin Disease Research Day and NIAMS Coalition Day.
